Ken Lori

Ken's insight on teens and related issues stems from eleven years of working with teenagers starting in 1993 at the Teen Health Center in Windsor, Ontario, where he faciliated self-esteem groups for youth. This experience gained him a position at Paulin Memorial Presbyterian Church where he led youth groups while pursuing a degree in Social Work at the University of Windsor. In 2001, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and India comprised a nine-month journey that finished in Oakland, California where Ken worked as a social worker for Life Long Medical Care. In that period, he volunteered for World Pulse, a cross-cultural exchange program for low income, at-risk youth. In 2004 he managed a life skills and employment program for young adults at Evergreen Lodge located minutes from Yosemite National Park.
